JOINING PBN CONNECT GUARANTEES YOU NO BUSINESS AND NO INCOME.

It gives you a seat in a chapter, a network, a website, a CRM and invoicing. What you get out of it depends almost entirely on how much business you give to other members — and that is not something we can promise on your behalf.

1. General information only

Content on our website, app and marketing material is general information about PBN Connect. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate but make no representation as to completeness, currency or suitability for your business. Features, pricing and chapters change. Screenshots use illustrative data — no real member's figures appear in any of our material.

2. No income guarantee

We make no promise, representation or guarantee about any income, referral, lead or business you will receive.

No minimum number of leads. No minimum value. No guarantee you will recover the membership fee.
Your results depend on your category, your chapter, your city, your pricing, your responsiveness, your reputation, and how much business you give — almost all within your control, none within ours.
Many members will earn less than the membership fee. Some will earn nothing.
Join because you intend to give referrals and use the tools. Do not join because of a number on a slider.

3. The earnings calculator

The calculator multiplies the figures you enter. That is all it does.

It does not know your category, your chapter, your city or your market. It is not based on what members like you actually earn, and it is not a prediction.

Move the sliders to assume you pass 2 leads a month at ₹1,50,000 each, with a 5% fee and a 30% close rate, and it will tell you ₹1,62,000 a year.

That is arithmetic on four assumptions you chose. If you pass no leads, the answer is zero — and the calculator will say that too.

Use it to understand how the model works, not to forecast your income.

4. Figures in our marketing

Figures such as "10× the membership fee" or an illustrated ROI multiple are worked examples on assumed inputs. They are not typical results, and no typical result is claimed.
The example of a referral earning ₹22,500 on a ₹4,50,000 deal is an illustration of the arithmetic, not a representation of what any member earned.
Monthly ROI reports measure what actually happened in your own account. They are a record of the past, not a projection of the future.
Chapter and member counts on our site are indicative and change.

5. Members who give, get

This is the most useful thing we can tell you, and it is not a disclaimer so much as how the model actually works.

The members who earn are the members who pass leads. Not the ones who attend most meetings, not the ones with the best website, and not the ones who joined earliest. Referral networks run on reciprocity, and the room notices very quickly who gives and who waits.

If you join intending only to receive, the likely outcome is that you pay a membership fee and get very little. We would rather say that before you pay than after.

6. We are not party to your deals

PBN is not a party to any transaction between members, or between a member and a client. We do not sell what you sell, do not guarantee anyone's work, and are not responsible if a deal goes wrong, a client does not pay, or a member does not deliver.

Your contract is with your client. The referral fee is a contract between you and the other member.

7. We do not vet members

We check that a business exists and that its registration details are real. That is the whole of what verification means.

We do not assess financial standing, technical competence, delivery capability, litigation history, or how a member treats customers.

Do your own diligence before you refer a client to someone, as you would with any business you had found yourself. Your client's experience of a member you referred will reflect on you, not on us.

8. A listing is not a recommendation

A member appearing in the directory, in a chapter, or in search results is not endorsed, recommended or certified by PBN. Membership means someone paid a fee and passed a basic check — nothing about quality.

The same applies to anyone browsing the public directory: a business listed here has not been vetted for quality by us, and you should check them as you would any supplier.

9. We do not guarantee the fee

PBN records, tracks and calculates the referral fee. We do not hold it, pay it, or guarantee it.

Online payments settle directly to the earning member's bank account through a licensed gateway. PBN is never in that flow and operates no wallet or escrow.

If a member does not pay what they owe you, that is a debt between you and them. We will apply our own consequences — score, visibility, suspension, removal — but those are enforcement of our rules, not recovery of your money.

10. We are not a collection agency

Removing a member does not recover your money. We have no power to compel payment, no authority to debit anyone, and no obligation to pursue a defaulter on your behalf. The Platform record is available to you as evidence if you choose to pursue it yourself.

11. Dispute findings

A dispute desk finding is an administrative decision about what the Platform record shows, made for Platform purposes — who gets credited, how scores are affected, whether a member is suspended.

It is not an arbitration, not a legal determination, and does not decide anyone's rights. Either member remains free to pursue the other.

We decide on the record. Where the record is incomplete because something was agreed on a phone call, we can only work with what is there — which is why the Terms tell you to keep it on the Platform.

12. PBN Score

The Score reflects activity and reliability on this Platform only. It is not a credit rating, a quality certification, a financial assessment or an endorsement, and must not be presented to a bank, a customer or anyone else as one. We may change how it is calculated.

13. Reviews

A "Verified PBN deal" badge means the review came from a client against a deal invoiced on the Platform. It is a statement about provenance, not about quality.

Reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee comparable results. We moderate for abuse, personal data and fake reviews, but we do not verify the accuracy of what a client says.

14. Leads are not verified

A lead is entered by the member who passed it. We do not verify that the prospect is genuine, that the requirement is real, that a budget exists, or that the client intends to buy. Treat a lead as a starting point for your own qualification, not as a validated opportunity.

15. No guarantee of a seat

Seats are limited to 3 to 5 per category per chapter and are subject to availability. We do not guarantee a seat in any particular category, chapter or city, and we may create, split, merge or retire categories as a chapter develops.

16. Chapters and meetings

We may open, merge, relocate or close a chapter, and may change meeting frequency, format or venue. We do not guarantee the size, composition or activity level of any chapter, or that a particular member will remain in it.

A chapter leader operates under a separate agreement with PBN and cannot vary the Terms, settle a fee dispute, or bind PBN to anything.

17. Regulated professions

Some professions are prohibited by their own regulator from paying or receiving a referral fee — including Chartered Accountants, advocates, company secretaries, insurance and investment advisors, and registered medical practitioners.

Any example on our site showing such a professional earning a fee is an illustration of the arithmetic only, and must not be read as advice that it is permitted for you.

Checking your own code before you declare or accept a fee is your responsibility. The Platform supports a zero declared fee precisely so you can participate without one. PBN gives no advice on whether your participation is permitted, and is not liable for any disciplinary consequence — see Terms §16.

18. No tax, legal or business advice

Nothing on the Platform, in our material, or from our team constitutes tax, legal, accounting, regulatory or business advice. A referral fee is income and may attract GST and TDS — how you treat it is for you and your advisor. We do not deduct tax for you, and the Platform record is a commercial record, not a tax document.

19. Invoicing tools

The invoicing tools are software, not a guarantee of correct tax treatment. Rates, HSN/SAC, place of supply, reverse charge and e-invoicing applicability are your responsibility. Check every invoice before issuing it — the tool calculates on the inputs you gave, and the liability is yours.

E-invoicing and e-way bill features depend on government systems we do not control. We do not warrant their availability or that a document will be accepted.

20. Alerts and messages

WhatsApp, SMS and email alerts depend on third-party providers. Delivery is not guaranteed — messages may be delayed, blocked or filtered.

Do not rely on an alert arriving as your only way of knowing about a lead or a 24-hour deadline. Check the Platform. A missed lead because a WhatsApp did not arrive is not something we can remedy.

21. Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis without uptime commitment. We may add, modify or remove features. Access may be suspended for maintenance or security. We are not liable for business lost during an interruption.

22. Security

We maintain the measures described in the Privacy Policy, but no system is completely secure and we do not warrant freedom from vulnerabilities or unauthorised access. Your account security — strong password, never sharing an OTP, revoking access when staff leave — is your responsibility.

23. Third parties and links

Links to member websites and third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Member names and logos belong to those members. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

24. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ANY LEAD, REFERRAL, BUSINESS OR INCOME; THAT ANY LEAD IS GENUINE OR WILL CONVERT; THAT ANY MEMBER IS COMPETENT, SOLVENT OR HONEST; THAT ANY REFERRAL FEE WILL BE PAID; THAT ANY SEAT, CATEGORY OR CHAPTER WILL BE AVAILABLE OR CONTINUE; THAT ANY ALERT WILL BE DELIVERED; OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

25. Limitation of liability

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET OUT IN TERMS OF USE §28, INCLUDING THE EXCLUSION OF INDIRECT AND CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS AND THE CAP AT MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR ₹12,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

IN PARTICULAR WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: ANOTHER MEMBER'S ACTS, DEFAULT OR INSOLVENCY; ANY UNPAID REFERRAL FEE; THE QUALITY OR OUTCOME OF ANY WORK; A CLIENT'S CONDUCT OR NON-PAYMENT; A LEAD NOT CONVERTING; ANY INCOME YOU DID NOT EARN; A DISPUTE DESK FINDING; A SEAT OR CHAPTER BEING UNAVAILABLE; AN ALERT NOT BEING DELIVERED; ANY TAX CONSEQUENCE OF YOUR OWN INVOICING; OR ANY DISCIPLINARY CONSEQUENCE UNDER YOUR OWN PROFESSIONAL REGULATOR.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where they apply.

26. Governing law and contact

Governed by the laws of India and subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Terms of Use §30.
