Cancellation and refund policy

Free trial

Membership is free for everyone who joins until 31 December 2026; paid membership starts the day after. No payment is taken during the free period.

Annual membership

Membership is billed annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; your membership stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

Refunds

• If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid membership payment and have not received or passed any lead in that period, you can request a full refund.
• After 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable, as your category seat is reserved for you for the full year.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. To request one, contact hello@pbnconnect.com with your registered mobile number.

Referral fees

Referral fees are paid between members. Fees paid online are settled directly to the giver by the payment gateway; disputes about them go through the chapter dispute desk.
