Quick answers

What is PBN Connect?

PBN Connect is a B2B referral network for small businesses, SMEs, professionals and freelancers. Members are organised into city chapters, refer clients to each other, and earn a referral fee that the seller declares upfront on every product or service.

How is PBN Connect different from BNI?

Both run on city chapters, weekly meetings and one seat per profession. The difference is the reward: in BNI the giver gets a thank-you; in PBN Connect the giver earns the referral fee the seller declared, and every lead is tracked to the invoice so the fee is calculated and paid transparently. PBN Connect also gives each member a website, CRM and GST billing.

How much does membership cost?

Annual membership is ₹12,000 plus 18% GST. Free until 31 December 2026. One fee covers the referral network, your micro-website, CRM, invoicing, meetings, reports and the mobile app. Founding members get 40% off.

Does PBN charge on the deals I close?

Yes, only on business that comes through the network. When you win a deal from a referral, the marketplace, the "I need" board or a member deal, PBN charges a 2% platform fee (plus GST) on the deal value, invoiced to you with a GST invoice. It is separate from the referral fee you pay the member who referred you. There is no charge on your own customers that you bill through PBN, and none on referral fees you earn.

How much referral fee can I earn?

Each seller sets the fee on what they sell, for example 5% of the deal value, a flat ₹2,000, or slabs such as 10% up to ₹1 lakh and 5% above. Categories have minimum margins so fees stay meaningful. You see the fee before you pass the lead.

How do I make sure I get paid?

The prospect is locked to you for 90 days with that seller. When the deal closes, the seller records the invoice and the fee is calculated automatically. The seller pays online (settled directly to your bank account) or offline with a reference you confirm. Unpaid fees lower the seller's PBN Score and can be taken to the chapter dispute desk.
