About PBN Connect
PBN Connect is a business referral network that began as a WhatsApp community of entrepreneurs in Mumbai and grew into a platform for small businesses, professionals and freelancers. Its one big idea: the person who brings you business should share in it.
Why we built it
Small businesses in India win most of their work through word of mouth, yet introductions are rarely tracked and almost never rewarded. Traditional networking groups run on goodwill: you pass a lead, you get a thank-you. We believe goodwill grows faster when it is visible and fair.
So every PBN member declares a referral fee on what they sell, every lead is tracked to the invoice, and the giver is paid. Around that core we added the tools small businesses need daily: a website, reviews, a CRM and GST billing, so membership pays for itself many times over.
What we stand for
