# PBN Connect

> PBN Connect is a B2B referral network for small businesses, SMEs, professionals and freelancers, organised in city chapters. Members refer clients to each other and the referring member earns a referral fee that the seller declared upfront; every lead is tracked to the invoice. Membership also includes a business website, CRM, GST invoicing, chapter meetings and reports.

Key facts:
- Annual membership: ₹12,000 + 18% GST (founding members 40% off); free until 31 December 2026
- Platform fee: 2% + GST of the deal value, paid by the seller, only on deals won through the network
- 3 to 5 members per category in each city chapter
- Referral fees: percentage, flat or slab, set per product or service
- Leads locked to the referrer for 90 days; sellers respond within 24 hours
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati
